In JelitaSARA, customer’s satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our product and believe that we can work together with our customer to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse. But should you receive any faulty item(s), defect material (torn apart or dirty ONLY) or we have mistakenly sent wrong items, you may return it to us by following the instructions below:
- All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ARE STILL IN A GOOD STATE.
- All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without any express or implied warranty or otherwise howsoever arising.
- The item(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned within seven (7) days of receiving your order, together with the RETURN FORM.
- If the item you received is faulty, please contact our Online Department Team and provide your order number, details of the product and reason for return.
- Order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. No REFUNDs and cancellation will be entertained.
- Shipping charges are borne by the sender and we are not liable unless and until the item has reached our boutique.
- You can exchange to a higher value item but are required to top up for the additional price.
- If the item is to be exchanged with different item and code, 10% of restocking fee will be charged.
- For the purpose of exchanging the faulty item(s), we will require you to send a picture of the said item(s). Upon receiving the picture, inspection will be made and you will be notified whether the item is exchangeable.
- All SALE, promotional-price and pre-order items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- Reason such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different from website”, “I don’t like the colour”, “I already have the colour”, “I don’t know how to wear it”, “The product doesn’t suit me”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.
- All refunds are in the form of vouchers only, not in cash.
- Our working hours are on weekdays from 8.30am – 5.30pm and Saturday from 8.30am – 1.00pm. For any email sent out of these hours will be replied on the next working day.
- If the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees.
