How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, choose your size and colour, add the item to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as online banking, credit and debit cards and e-wallets. Payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or change an order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed.
How do I use a voucher code?
Enter your voucher code in the coupon field on the cart or checkout page and click Apply. Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days for West Malaysia and 4 to 8 working days for East Malaysia.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Free shipping applies when your order reaches the minimum spend shown in the bar at the top of our website.
How can I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to appear on the courier website.
What are pre-orders and when will they ship?
Pre-order items are made available before stock arrives. They are shipped after the estimated period stated on the product page. If you order pre-order and in-stock items together, they may be shipped separately.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags and packaging. Some items, such as innerwear and final sale items, cannot be returned. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for details.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on each product page and compare it with your own measurements. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us and we will be happy to help.
Why does the colour look different from the photo?
Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible.
Do I need an account to order?
An account is not required to check out, but creating one lets you track orders, save your details and check out faster next time.
